Above is a slideshow of the images captured on our blackpool trip. Below i’ve placed my final six.
Once home from our trip, I transferred all image files over from my SD card, onto my MacBook. From there they where saved in a folder named ‘blackpool brief’ until the time came to trawl through and pick my favourites. Once my favourites had been chosen, I simply uploaded from the ‘blackpool brief’ file onto my wordpress page, ready for viewing.
I didnt manage to get all of the photographs I had planned, but overall I am happy with the ones I got, the photograph outside the Hook-a-duck is one of my favourites. I did end up finding the photographic process very stressful on this project, on hindsight, using my own children as models wasn’t the best idea. One thing I did learn from this was that I really need to work on my directional skills. I can see in my head what I want the end photos to look like, but organising people to get those shots is a weak point. But something I will continue to practice.
